Novotel Bristol Centre

We liked our room and found it very comfortable for our stay. The bed was as we like it, we appreciated having a proper sofa and a little fridge. Everything was clean and the staff we met were lovely. The location was great for anyone requiring Temple Meads Station but also easy walking distance to the harbour area.

I really liked the room, it was room 102. It was so very quiet, except for some entertainment on New Year's eve which was totally understandable. The room was so comfortable, it had an excellent desk and seated area, it was so comfortable and perfect for my needs. The house cleaning service was very diligent and respectful. I liked the gym, it was well equipped and I liked the guides on the walls. The breakfast service was excellent, such a comfortable eating area. I would like to thank Serena, Sia, Gemma, Michael, Cedric, Marianna, Film, Jess, Olivia, Ray, Freya and Maitri. They were all amazing and very welcoming, it really did feel like my home and safe space for 3 weeks. Thank you so much to you all.

The room was cosy, comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect (a nice shower, a desk, plenty of lighting, a hair dryer, etc). The location was very convenient for getting between Temple Meads station and other places you might want to go, like the Harbourside, Broadmead, Cabot Circus, Clifton or Stokes Croft. There's a convenience store a short walk from the hotel.

Super comfortable bed. Having parking available was very handy after travelling for miles. Loved that decaf coffee was available in the room and didn't have to ask for it. The hotel bar was great, made some beautiful cocktails (best I've had in ages), and tasty puddings. Stayed on a weekend, so the streets were quiet with cars until the buses started to drive by in the mornings so got a deep sleep, and only a handful of pubs nearby, so no rowdy people shouting until the early hours.

We had two weeks stay in the hotel. The food in the breakfast was good, but it was the same for all days and that was a little bit boring. It would be better changing the food sometimes. The location was excellent. Main food and shopping centers are on walking distance from the hotels. The staff was brilliant. I had a bike with me and I was allowed to store it on the ground floor storage of the hotel.
